Scar Symmetry – Reveal Video For ‘Xenotaph’

Scar Symmetry have revealed the video for “Xenotaph”, taken from their newest album, The Singularity (Section II – Xenotaph). For ‘Xenotaph’, the band enlisted the assistance of The Ultraterrestrial Choir – a 233 voice robust ensemble consisting of followers, family and friends from everywhere in the world; with every choir member multitracked, the ensuing recording consists of actually hundreds of vocal tracks.

Guitarist Per Nilsson feedback: “‘Xenotaph” concludes Section II in an open-ended means, leaving the listener on a little bit of a cliffhanger musically in addition to lyrically. We felt strongly that ‘Xenotaph’ deserved its personal music video, to carry closure to this second a part of our Singularity saga and to showcase the track to the fullest, and to place the highlight on our wonderful, crowd-sourced choir – it’s positively not the final time we are going to name upon our followers to sing with us!”
