Although according to keyboardist Janne “Warman” Wirman in a current interview with Blabbermouth the tip of Laiho‘s life was tragically forecasted years beforehand.
“Alexi‘s downfall began in 2016,” Janne stated. “I do not know what prompted him to try this. He informed me however did not inform anybody else within the band. He made certain nobody else was within the room. He stated: ‘Dude, to any extent further, I’ll drink till I die.’ My response was: ‘Fuck, man.
