CARLESS has held senior management roles at ATLANTIC RECORDS, DEF JAM RECORDINGS, REPUBLIC RECORDS, and UPTOWN RECORDS. He was named Pres./A&R at WARNER RECORDS in SEPTEMBER 2021.
