Papa Roach‘s eternally meme-able nü-metal traditional “Final Resort” has surpassed one billion performs on Spotify. Following “Final Resort” is “Scars” with 236 million performs, “Assist” with 157 million, and “Born For Greatness” with 136 million.
“Final Resort” initially appeared on the soundtrack to the 2000 film Prepared To Rumble, after which Papa Roach‘s 2000 album Infest a couple of months later. “Final Resort” peaked at No. 1 on the US Billboard Trendy Rock Tracks chart in August 2000 a couple of months after its launch, and No. 57 on the Billboard Sizzling 100 in December 2000. Congrats to Papa Roach on such an achievement!
In accordance with Spotify, there are lower than 500 songs on the platform which have achieved 1 billion performs.
