Spectral Voice – the band that includes Blood Incantation‘s Paul Riedl, Morris Kolontyrsky, and Jeff Barrett alongside Black Curse‘s Eli Wendler – is again with their first new document in seven years. Spectral Voice will launch Sparagmos on February 9 and is now streaming the massively doomed new single “Crimson Feasts Condensed Into One” above.
“The content material of the album oscillates between lamentation and exaltation. An immersive, morbid environment of funereality longs for the liberation of dying and mourns the agony of life. Coupled with moments of frenetic insanity, grandeur, terror, and ecstasy, the purpose we are attempting to get to is the second during which – via sacrifice – atavistic wildness is unleashed, and the last word exaltation of life via dying is realized,” mentioned Wendler.
The album was recorded, combined, and mastered by Arthur Rizk at Redwood Studio, with art work by Manifester. Pre-orders can be found here on Bandcamp, right here through Dark Descent, and here in Europe.
