Unique AC/DC drummer Colin Burgess has died at 77 years outdated. Burgess was recruited for the unique lineup of AC/DC in November 1973 that includes Malcolm and Angus Younger on rhythm and lead guitar, Dave Evans on vocals, and Larry Van Kriedt on bass. Burgess was finally fired from the band in February 1974 and was changed by a string of drummers, ultimately touchdown on longtime drummer Phil Rudd in 1975.
AC/DC commented on Burgess‘ passing, saying: “Very unhappy to listen to of the passing of Colin Burgess. He was our first drummer and a really revered musician. Glad reminiscences, rock in peace Colin.”
