Bring Me The Horizon was initially scheduled to launch their subsequent effort Publish Human: NeX GEn this previous September, however was delayed due to “unforeseen circumstances.” Now vocalist Oli Sykes has given an replace, saying that Publish Human: NeX GEn is certainly coming this summer time, including that it has been a “ruff journey” for the band recently.
Sykes wrote: “Publish human is coming this summer time , I promise. I simply need u 2 have extra songs u have not heard than songs u have on the report, & it has been a ruff journey not too long ago. Thank u for sticking with us! We love u.”
Bring Me The Horizon‘s final EP was Publish Human: Survival Horror in 2020, although we have heard six songs from NeX GEn up to now – “Die4U”, “Strangers”, “Misplaced”, “Amen!”, “Darkside”, and “Kool-Help”. That is additionally assuming all six will likely be part of NeX GEn.
It is also not clear if any of the fabric included in NeX GEn was written and recorded after the departure of keyboardist Jordan Fish. Fish performed for Bring Me The Horizon between 2012 and current day, and no alternative has but been introduced.
