Steve Kille of the highly-influential stoner rock band Useless Meadow has handed away. Useless Meadow revealed the unhappy information on their Instagram, saying Kille handed away earlier this morning. We want Kille‘s family and friends all the perfect right now.
“It’s with the completely heaviest of hearts that we’ve to announce our beloved brother, bandmate, wonderful and completely distinctive bass participant, and gifted artist Steve Kille handed away at 12 am final evening,” wrote Useless Meadow.
“Writing, recording, performing music with Steve felt as recent; inspiring, and as necessary because it did 27 years in the past after we first began enjoying collectively. We do not know what phrases may categorical this stage of loss.”
Useless Meadow has eight albums beneath their belt alongside a handful of dwell recordings. Their most up-to-date effort was Pressure Type Free on Blues Funeral Recordings, which I strongly urge you to check out right here. Kille‘s enjoying is basically entrance and heart, and it is improbable.
