Richard Simmons is up in heaven together with his trademark tank high and shorts, working up a sweat … at the least that is what his brother stated at Richard’s celebration of life.
The late health guru was remembered Saturday in his hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana … and his brother, Leonard, in contrast him to Clark Kent throughout a touching eulogy at St. Louis Cathedral.
Leonard says Richard was like Superman in that he all the time had his tank high and shorts on below his outfit — like Clark conserving his superhero getup below his civilian garments.
Richard’s brother says he is up in heaven watching down on his followers and household, and “will without end be sweating with the holies.”
