Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King stepped out in NYC to have fun Gayle’s seventieth birthday — and, Oprah gave her longtime buddy a surprising shock.
The 2 buddies hit up Ci Siamo — a well-liked Manhattan restaurant … Oprah in a gold costume underneath an extended white coat and Gayle going with a extra muted black and teal outfit, completely matching her scarf.
The 2 had been joined by Megan Sullivan, common supervisor of the restaurant, who walked into the joint for what Gayle clearly thought was speculated to be a small dinner … although Oprah had a giant shock to her.
Winfrey posted a clip from the restaurant to her Instagram Saturday … strolling in with a distracted Gayle — when dozens of voices scream out “Shock.”
Gayle bounces again in whole shock whereas Oprah laughs at her response … explaining within the caption it is onerous to shock Gayle — and, their group needed to inform a ton of lies to the star.

The digital camera flips round to the room … and take a look at the star energy — Tina Knowles, Robert De Niro and plenty of extra bold-faced names took the time to have fun Gayle.
All of this was for Gayle’s seventieth … which is not till December twenty eighth — all a part of the shock we reckon.
Gayle and Oprah have been pals for many years … first assembly again in 1976 at a neighborhood Baltimore TV station when Oprah was an anchor and Gayle bought a job as a manufacturing assistant.
This friendship nonetheless going sturdy … and, clearly it is nonetheless stuffed with surprises!
