In November 2024, Oceano was introduced as a part of the America’s Rejects Tour alongside Attila and Seller. Nevertheless, backlash rapidly adopted resulting from previous allegations of abuse and sexual misconduct in opposition to Attila’s Chris Fronzak and Seller’s Aidan Ellaz Holmes.
Oceano vocalist Adam Warren responded, stating he was unaware of the allegations and distancing himself from others’ actions. Whereas he initially implied he would stay on the tour, he emphasised his want for live shows to be a “secure place.”
Shortly after, Warren introduced that Oceano can be dropping from the tour and that he was leaving the band to give attention to his solo undertaking, Adam On Earth. He claimed he had been made a “scapegoat” within the controversy, and criticized that he was “surrounded by complicit business individuals, a steel ‘scene’ riddled with cosplay, worship of band members and fewer give attention to creative integrity.”
