Locrian launched their 2023 EP Photo voltaic Lodge again in December, and now they’re again with a model new full size report named Finish Terrain due out April 5. Finish Terrain is the correct follow-up to 2015’s Infinite Dissolution and was recorded and combined by J. Robbins at Magpie Cage, mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege, and options paintings supplied by Chris Dorland (named “Untitled Skinwalker”).
In keeping with the band, “Finish Terrain is an idea album exposing a imaginative and prescient of a future earth consumed by waste. An apocalyptic panorama, inhabited by a technology who despise their parentage and a dying breed totally conscious of the wasteland they’ve left. Mountains of trash and an uninhabitable planet, countless and useless. Finish Terrain is about inertia and remorse, in regards to the future and a mirror to the current, about mourning and extinction.”
