Ron Ely — star of the Sixties TV present — “Tarzan” has died … this, based on a press release from his daughter Wednesday.
Ely’s daughter, Kirsten, tells TMZ he handed away at residence surrounded by household on September twenty ninth … and went on to pay an emotional tribute to him in a prolonged IG publish, remembering him as one of many biggest males to ever reside — and, a private idol of hers.
She says her dad all the time introduced a wave of positivity with him wherever he went … saying his life story was one in every of relentless perseverance to do what was proper, including she’s doing her greatest to stroll in her father’s footsteps.

Kirsten says she’s comforted by the information her father has been reunited along with her mom, Valerie, and her brother Cameron.
Ron began performing professionally within the late Nineteen Fifties … however, it wasn’t till 1966 when he obtained his massive break — taking part in the titular character on the “Tarzan” TV present throughout 57 episodes from 1966 to 1968.
