Former junior light-weight boxing champion Jamel Herring‘s home violence cost stemming from an alleged altercation in January has been dropped, TMZ Sports activities has discovered.
Herring’s legal professional — Clyde Bennett — launched a press release on the event on Thursday … saying there was “inadequate proof to show that he dedicated any crime in opposition to his spouse” and the “investigation demonstrated her declare in opposition to Mr. Herring had been false.”
Bennett added Herring has since been launched from jail and is now wanting ahead to placing the entire ordeal behind him.
Herring was initially arrested again in January after his spouse went to the cops to report an alleged incident that occurred just a few days prior.
