The fifth annual CHARLIE DANIELS PATRIOT AWARDS DINNER is ready for SEPTEMBER thirteenth at NASHVILLE’s CITY WINERY. LEE GREENWOOD, TOOTSIE’S ORCHID LOUNGE Leisure Director JOHN TAYLOR, OPERATION SONG founders BOB REGAN and DON GOODMAN, and HUNT BROTHERS PIZZA are this 12 months’s CHARLIE DANIELS Patriot Award winners.
The night will embody performances from Nation stars CHRIS YOUNG and DARRYL WORLEY, each earlier Patriot Award winners. YOUNG and TUNEIN’s STORME WARREN will host. All proceeds from the night will profit the late DANIES’ veterans non-profit, THE CHARLIE DANIELS JOURNEY HOME PROJECT.
“This can be a very particular time of the 12 months for THE CHARLIE DANIELS JOURNEY HOME PROJECT,” says co-founder and DANIELS’ longtime supervisor, DAVID CORLEW. “It’s a time to affix our neighborhood as we acknowledge those that have gone above and past in supporting the return, rehabilitation, and the reintegration of our returning veterans. It’s an ongoing mission, and we consider it to be and honor and obligation as Individuals to assist our vets.”
